Sale Restrictions

All firearms or receivers will ship to an FFL. Ammunition, third-party items (Drop Ship) or firearms will not be shipped to a Post Office Box. 

There are No Restrictions to shipping to the following States:

Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

No sales of ANY products to:

  1. Alaska
  2. Connecticut
  3. Delaware
  4. Hawaii
  5. Illinois
  6. Maryland
  7. Massachusetts
  8. Washington
  9. Washington D.C
  10. Puerto Rico
  11. Denver

If you live in California, Colorado, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island or Vermont, then see list below with SPECIFIC restrictions:

California

These restrictions apply to the entire state of California.

  1. AK pistols and receivers will not be shipped
  2. Magazines with a capacity of 10+ round will not be shipped
  3. Drop-Ship Ammo is not allowed
  4. Ammo Shipments must be sent to an FFL

Sales of Ammunition are not allowed to the following jurisdictions:

  1. Avalon, Los Angeles, Oakland, Sacramento, and San Francisco

Colorado

These restrictions apply to the entire state of Colorado

  1. Magazines with a capacity of 10+ round will not be shipped
  2. Receivers will not be shipped
  3. Non-compliant AK pistols will not be shipped
  4. No shipments to City of Denver and Denver County

Michigan

No AK Pistols

New Jersey

  1. No Drop Ship ammo
  2. FOID Required for ammo purchases
  3. AK Receivers will not be shipped
  4. AK pistols will not be shipped
  5. Magazines with a capacity of 10+ round will not be shipped

New York

These restrictions apply to the entire state of New York.

  1. No Drop Ship Ammo
  2. Ammo Shipments must be sent to an FFL

Rhode Island

  1. Magazines with a capacity of 10+ round will not be shipped

Vermont

  1. Magazines with a capacity of 10+ round will not be shipped
