Returns

Customers have 15 calendar days to return an item (exception: ammo and rifles) from the date item was purchased. To be considered eligible for a return, your item must not be used, modified, and should be in the same condition that you received it.

Sales of Firearms and Ammunition are final and not eligible for returns, No Exceptions. If you have a defective rifle, then please complete the RMA form under the Warranty tab on our website and we will either repair the issue or replace in case a repair is not feasible.

A proof of purchase such as a receipt, order number, email or other communication is also required and should be included with your returned item. It is recommended but not required that you email us to contactus@rileydefense.com with photographic or video evidence of the item prior to returning.

Shipping

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable and will be deducted from your refund. You should send your returned item to the following address:

Refunds

Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund to your debit or credit card will be applied without delay but it may take up to 5 days to see the refund in your account.
